Our Story

Pirouettes Premium Horse Treats started as a fun project for my horse, Prince, and his friends at our local barn. We wanted fresh, healthy treats for our horses, NOT packaged in plastic, AND at a good value.

We insisted they be neither too crunchy, nor too soft, without fillers or added sweeteners, so we used simple, human-grade, natural ingredients to support overall health. We consulted with an equine nutritionist to ensure our ingredients offered supportive nutrients.

The results were obvious; these little treats brought our horses lots of joy. Taste test after taste test proved the horses preferred the fresh treats over many standard well-known brands.

What began as small batches for Prince and his friends, continued. Since 2024, we’ve perfected our original recipe, and developed functional and seasonal favorites.

We are excited to offer our treats online and remain committed to small batch, fresh baked treats, packed in environmentally friendly packaging.

Our Treats

Pirouettes are made with forage first, simple wholesome ingredients baked low and slow to preserve nutritional benefits.

  • High structural fiber Timothy, alfalfa, oats, flax, support hind gut health

  • Joint Health: Ground flax, naturally rich in omega 3s provides fatty acids

  • Shiney Coat: Omegas 3s from flax

  • Strong Bones & Muscles: A touch of molasses provides vital minerals, iron and Calcium.

  • Low NSC/ Stable Metabolism: Natural flavoring like peppermint leaves and cinnamon contribute to easy digestion, less inflammation and useful antioxidants. Each cookies contains the equivalent of ¼ teaspoon of molasses.
